Sandy Health & Rehab is a premier provider of skilled nursing & rehabilitation services located in beautiful Sandy Utah. We are part of the Plum Healthcare Group family of communities. We have an opening available April 1st for a Director of Nursing position. Sandy Health & Rehab is a 133 bed beautiful facility with a strong case mix blend of short-term and long-term care patients.
Plum Healthcare Group is a premier provider of Skilled Nursing & Rehab services with 50 buildings across the Western United States situated in Utah, Arizona, and California. We are looking for a Director of Nursing with strong leadership and clinical skills who can build relationships with IDT team members, who loves the nursing staff, who has an ability to raise the bar on quality improvement, and is passionate about life in general. We are seeking a person positive and enthusiastic. We believe our staff and guests (patients) must be the focus of our work. We believe in a philosophy of "seeing people as people", and strive to foster a culture of mutual love, respect, and team work.

Requirements
BSN, or RN plus experience in Long-term care, and preferably with experience in short-term Medicare rehab.
