Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work in attics and crawl spaces
• Load and Unload Insulation Materials
• Blow-in insulation
• Install baffles and batts
• Select the best type of insulation for the job
• Experience with hand tools such as box cutter, scissors, saws, and staple guns
* job may require some travel
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Self-directed; ability to work independently
• Understand written information
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately
• Ability to determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job
• Ability to operate and control equipment(We Train)
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work effectively in varying temperatures
• Must be sure that all details of the job are done so that their work meets building codes (We Train)
• REQUIRED TO TAKE A DRUG SCREENING
• Valid Drivers License
• Be in good physical condition
• Spanish Speaking a Plus
