Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center located at 101 West 100 North is currently hiring for a Cook PM position. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Basic to intermediate English preferred for ticket reading and other job related activities. Must acquire food handlers permit within 30 days. Compensation $9.80 per hour Hours of Operation ??? PM position. Need to have a flexible schedule Monday ??? Sunday.
