Job Description
Busy family law practice in Cottonwood Heights area is seeking a well qualified legal assistant. Background/education in family law and general civil litigation is preferred. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has good personal and communication skills, self starter, organized and able to handle moderately heavy case load. The position entails working closely with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and the courts. A working knowledge or experience in all Microsoft Office programs would be extremely useful as well as familiarity with legal billing software, including Timeslips. Requirements
Basic knowledge and background in civil litigation and familiarity with rules of civil procedure and court filing procedures.
