Premier is hiring Full-time Sales Reps who are highly money motivated to work as Inside Sales Reps in our Draper Utah Office. We are seeking closers, industry veterans AND future sales superstars that understand the value of a one-step close!

Premier offers a new and improved 2 week training class that will provide you with everything you need to know to become successful in this business! Many of our Sales Executives have come from a wide range of backgrounds. Prior sales or industry experience is not as important as STRONG SALES APTITUDES, the DESIRE to achieve, and willingness to WORK hard to make great income!

What we are looking for:
• Motivated self-starter - Goal Driven
• Demonstrated ability to Close Deals
• Highly money motivated $$
• Prior inside sales or telesales experience helpful but not required
• Strong Sales aptitudes and abilities
• Superior Customer service, Professionalism and Telephone Sales skills
• Possess High level of confidence over the telephone
• Strong written and verbal and listening communication skills
• Effective problem solving skills
• Dependable, reliable, strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a greater team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word) and internet navigation
• Willingness to follow Premier’s proven sales systems
• Innovative, Positive, Self-Starter with High Energy, Integrity and Work Ethic

Compensation:

• Earn $20+/hour with NO cap on income
