Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
• Will be part of a team designing, installing, and maintaining LAN and WAN hardware and software in a high availability ISP environment.
• Knowledge of servers, network equipment and routers. Capable of explaining to internal and external customers on how these components function in a networking environment.
• Become knowledgeable on products and services being offered and be willing to sell to customers.
• Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: MPLS, OSPF, VMware ESXi, DOCSIS, DSLAM, Brocade or Cisco routing.
