The Brand Manager is responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while working with a degree of autonomy. Dandoco Creative incorporates high ethical standards in all areas of business and expects all team members to always conduct themselves in the same manner. The scope of work is mostly independent, while working closely with the Dandoco Creative team at the same time. The Brand Manager position schedule is very flexible in terms of hours; the more hours contributed, the higher the income potential.
Brand Manager Responsibilities:
Seek and follow design leads to acquire new business
Pursue decision makers and develop working relationships with them
Successfully close sales
Work toward exceeding predetermined goals
Maintain contact with existing clients to obtain long-term business referrals
Attend and Present at events
Must be able to attend two events per week
Form relationships with existing and new Clients to gain leads and referrals
Presentations to new, potential and existing Clients
Form relationships with New Business groups, and growing Corporations to gain leads and referrals
Post ads to attract potential Clients
Process:
Interview
Two Days of Training (if invited after interview)
"Audition Period"- During this time period Brand Manager will be working on a contract labor basis. The audition period will end after 30 days, or after three new business transactions are completed. Once three new business transactions are completed, Brand Manager will switch to employee status with company and be eligible for benefits.
