Job Description
Sales Professional – Healthcare Software
We are expanding our reach in healthcare customer relationship management software solutions. We have over 500 healthcare organizations across the United States. Our solutions are used by large health systems, community based hospitals, cancer institutes, specialty clinics and more. Our solutions focus on the strategic and business development needs of healthcare organizations.
We are looking for a sales professional who will lead a sales team and actively participates in sales. Duties for this position will include, managing a team of sales professionals, setting up product evaluations, developing and closing business, as well as forecasting and contacting customers and prospects.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in a team of sales professionals to exceed quota objectives
• Accurately forecast and drive the sales process across your sales team
• Develop strong prospecting skills and drive high volume pipeline building activity across your sales team
• Continuously mentor and develop your people to increase their sales capabilities and capacity
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with existing accounts, increase solution penetration and grow run rates
• Run a highly structured operation, metric driven and results oriented with a sense of urgency and passion to win

Requirements
Required Experience
• At least five years of sales experience, strong plus for healthcare and technology specific
• At least a BS in business or healthcare
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience communicating complex technical matters both verbally and in writing
• Possess creative problem solving skills and self-directed
Strong Preference Toward
• Experience in a healthcare organization as a physician liaison
• At least five years of sales experience, strong plus for healthcare and technology specific
• At least a BS in business or healthcare
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience communicating complex technical matters both verbally and in writing
