Job Description
The Corporate Trainer fills a critical role to develop and facilitate training & certification programs within this rapidly growing business, which is the leading provider of online on-demand professional learning resources for K-12 teachers and administrators throughout the United States. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience both designing and facilitating effective corporate training & certification programs which utilize a variety of media for presenting and communicating including web & phone conferencing, online & print resources, other A/V materials, and social media. Program design and facilitation experience must demonstrate both depth and breadth of knowledge related to synchronous and asynchronous learning environments and include carefully designed trainer and student evaluations. This position reports to the Executive VP of Sales.

• Redesign and develop program to meet needs
• Model effective program facilitation and encourage effective delivery
• Closely oversee implementation monitoring for areas of improvement
• Assist with the evaluation and troubleshooting of technology used for training

Requirements
• 5 or more years of training & certification program development
• Proven track record of getting desired results out of training & certification programs
• Master’s degree with emphasis in instructional design or business administration
• Leadership as a team member and also as an independent contributor
