Job Description
Looking for someone who is amazing at running an office, having excellent customer service skills, and not afraid of sales.
Looking for someone who is great with people, a great team member, and who is positive and upbeat-even when things don't go as planned.
Looking for someone with great office skills, understanding computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Basic Job Duties:
Calling and setting up appointments for people who are interested in having their insurance reviewed.
Being knowledgeable about all of our insurance products, which include auto, home, life, business, farm, health.
Customer Service-processing applications,getting signatures, setting up appointments, answering/screening phone calls. Strong knowledge of billing systems.
Sales-when not performing customer service, marketing and finding new prospects is a very important job to this position; however, there are great commissions and bonuses to be earned. You can't be afraid of cold calling, business to business, trade shows.
This is a very rewarding position that will allow you through base pay and commissions to earn a lot of money. It's at a great location at Thanksgiving Point, which has a lot of benefits and perks. This job does have basic medical plan. It has great hours as it is mainly Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday about once a month.

Must pass background/credit check
Must obtain your P&C license and Life & Health License within thirty days of hire date.
Must have sales/marketing experience.
Some college preferred
2-3 years in Customer Service Experience
