The Senior Excel or Access VBA Programmer Consultant is responsible for developing and supporting VBA applications in Excel or Access. You will design systems and programs to meet complex business needs. Work with clients and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. The fast pace and varied work in this position will enable a high career enhancement and growth potential for the qualified candidate.
• Access: 5+ years and advanced level of Access Programming including tables, forms, reports, VBA, automation, ability to design, build, and maintain advanced Access databases from scratch
or
• Excel: 5+ years and advanced level formulas, macro's, pivot tables
• VBA programming: expert level
• You should be considered Microsoft MVP level at Excel or Access
• Ability to accept a full time position in Provo, Utah. No contract work or telecommuting possibility
Priority given to:
• VB.NET or .NET, HTML, web development experience
• DBA experience such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc
• Business background and thorough understanding of business processes
• Systems analysis and systems integration experience
• SQL query and data analysis experience
• Data warehousing, OLAP, dashboard creation experience
• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, MIS, or related degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
