Job Description
Marshall Radio Telemetry, the worldwide leader in radio tracking equipment, is looking for experienced solder technicians to join our growing team at our North Salt Lake facility. We are looking for outstanding individuals with excellent work ethic and the desire to excel. The right individuals will be honest, self-motivated, and work well with minimal supervision. We are a small company looking to add only the most outstanding employees.
Requirements
Required skills:
Exceptional hand-eye coordination
Excellent eyesight, dexterity
High productivity and assembly speed
Experience with micro soldering while working under a microscope
Able to work effectively with small electro-mechanical assemblies
Ability to concentrate on intricate tasks for extended periods
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills
Primary responsibilities:
Assembly of intricate electro mechanical equipment (building small radio transmitters)
Use of soldering equipment (ability to solder 0402 and 0201 size SMT components a must)
Experience and proficiency working under a microscope
Experience:
Minimum 2 years precision soldering experience is required.
Schedule:
Position is full time, day shift M-F.
Marshall Radio Telemetry offers great pay and benefits. Piece Rate based Productivity based incentive program allows for hourly rate in excess of $20/hr.
