Job Description
Inside Out Office Furniture is currently looking to fill the position of Sales Manager. Ideal candidate will be well versed in the contract furniture industry and also experienced in working on major commercial furniture projects. Organization skills are an absolute must in this position since a good portion of the Sales Manager work load will involve working with Inside Out account managers on the procurement and implementation of large sales projects. Little or no prospecting will be required in this position, however, the ability to work closely and effectively with the Inside Out sales staff on the initial procurement of furniture projects is critical.
Compensation shall be a $4,000.00 per month base salary with an override on the entire sales staff’s commission structure along with a full healthcare and benefits package. A minimum total compensation package of $84,000.00 is the goal for this position with an opportunity to grow said compensation package in a rapid manner.
