Job Description
36 year old Company wants people to install a variety of hearth products, including fireplaces, stoves, firepits, etc. Usually work in teams, so must have ability to work with others. Willing to train for specific fireplace knowledge and skills. Must be able to organize time and materials and be self-motivated to achieve high results.
Requirements
• HVAC or Hearth Product knowledge helpful, but will offer additional training
• Construction experience, including framing knowledge, may be helpful
• Work out of Lehi, Utah; service the Wasatch front and outlying areas
• Clean driving record with ability to be insured by Company auto insurance
• Drug free and able to pass tests
• Good problem solving / diagnostic skills
• Shows respect for customers and their homes; leave good impression
• Flexibility in work schedule, especially during the fall and winter months
• Have an attitude of “can do” – “can” solve the problem, “can” help the customer, “can” give good value and service to the customer
• 50 lbs. + lifting capacity
• Able to handle different types of customers and enjoys working with people
