Job Description
Anderson Engineering Company, Inc., a leader in civil and environmental engineering and survey is looking for an ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER.
Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Geology or Environmental Engineer.
Experience: Applicant must have 7+ years of experience in environmental quality monitoring and sampling program design. Work history should include demonstrated skills in both field sampling of water and soil as well as report writing.
Job Description: (including but not limited to)
Plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Receive technical and administrative supervision from the Senior Engineer or Project Manager. Will produce design drawings and documentation with a high level of technical complexity. Skilled in reading, interpreting and using related documents and drawings to lead less experienced designers involved in the design effort. Be knowledgeable in the application of engineering and construction materials as well as mathematical formulae, design, calculations and computer applications. Experience required in taking water and soil field samples, and being able to interpret the data.
