Seeking a self-motivated individual to fill a full-time receptionist position. Operate multi-line phone system, greet callers and route them to the appropriate person. Welcome clients/visitors in a warm and friendly manner and see that their needs are met. Receieve, sort and route mail. Receive and route incoming deliveries. Perform basic clerical duties for accounting and billing department, as needed. Maintain and update Firm docket.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Candidate must have professional appearance with a pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal communication skills. Candidate must also possess the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and adapt to change. Must be proficient with Microsoft applications. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of reliable and dependable work experience a logo.
