Job Description
Manage daily operation of construction projects, including oversight of company resources and subcontractors, to successfully complete projects within contract budget, requirements, plans and specifications. Maintain standards of excellence in safety, quality and productivity on the job site. Serve as a company representative and point of contact with the public, owners, and subcontractors and suppliers. Willing to travel where jobsite requires.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management desired.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience on projects over 5 million. 5 years experience in commercial buildings over 5 million, multifamily podium projects and retail buildings.
LEED AP Certified preferred
Current safety and SWPPP certifications. OSHA 30 hour certification.
Demonstrated history of excellent customer service, on-time and within budget construction.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Computer based scheduling and tracking software skills.
Travel is required
Experience with building Walmarts preferred
