Job Description
We are a small family owned Screen Printing Supply Company who is seeking a dependable, organized, self starting type of individual. Excellent customer service skills required. Experience with QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft word and Excel preferred. Previous experience in the screen printing industry a definite plus, but not required. Casual working atmosphere. Full time $10.00 to $11.00 per hour DOE, Health and Dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation, quartly bonuses.
Requirements
Duties include but are not limited to:
Accounts receivable & collections
Accounts payable
Opening and sorting mail
Customer invoicing
Answering telephones
Greeting customers & assisting them with their order
Taking customer payments (cash, check and credit card)
Preparing packages for UPS shipments
Receiving UPS shipments
Assisting with inventory/restocking shelves
Ordering/confirming shipments
Filling
