Job Description
Sentient Medical Technologies is the world’s leading pre-owned Medical Laser sales and service organization. We are based 15 minutes from the beautiful resort town of Park City, Utah. We are currently looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistic Data Entry
Customer Service
Ordering/stocking laser parts & office supplies
Documentation
Travel Arrangements
Final Check of Outbound Deliveries
Create Fed Ex/ UPS Airbills

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrate strong abilities with organization, cleanliness, and work ethnic.
Customer Service Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in growing organically within the company
Valid US drivers license
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience (there will be an initial 15 day training period). The opportunity for Full Time Administrative Assistant and compensation will be dependent on your background and ability. Compensation range $24,000 to $30,000 annual. No benefits currently, but paid vacation and holidays.
