An applicant must be able to demonstrate QuickBooks skills at the interview. The following are some examples of what we need: - writing checks - paying bills - entering bills - invoicing customers - reconciling bank statements and credit cards - printing standard reports such as A/P and A/R - pass a background check upon being hired The position is full time at our Layton office.

In order to be eligible for a bookkeeping position applicants must: - have QuickBooks experience - at least be enrolled in an accounting program at an accredited 4 year university (U of U, BYU, etc.) - have customer care experience - be able to professionally represent Ignite Spot. Bookkeepers are the face of our organization and are frequently in contact with our clients in person, on the phone, or via email. - must have intermediate computer skills and basic knowledge of word, excel, outlook, and accessing computers remotely
