JOB SUMMARY: Manage account setup paperwork, vendor forms, item setup, marketing & advertising sheets. In addition this person will deliver on minor reporting and help with show arrangement and setup. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Fill out necessary account set up paperwork. 2. Internal item maintenance, sku updates, registration maintenance 3. Customer item updates ??? manage customer systems, item entry, updates 4. Help develop sales presentations and collaborate resources 5. Update pricing, program developments 6. Complete and submit account promotional forms 7. Develop an update an account warehouse listing with item numbers 8. Track shipments, backorders, order mistakes 9. Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate account level advertising coop paperwork and justification. 10. Prepare & Run minor sales related reports for the VP???s and district managers. 11. Track customer advertising claims and trade balance 12. Develop and update order forms and sales materials 13. Shows: ??? Fill out Show / Event paperwork ??? Schedule events ??? order and ship materials, coordinate show materials and shipments to shows ??? set up & teardown of shows. ??? Process invoices for trade shows ??? Develop show order forms and track and submit show orders
Relocation costs may be covered.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business or marketing preferred. 2. Experience filling out account setup forms 3. Legible handwriting a must 4. Strong communication skills 5. Familiarity with MS Office products a must 6. Willingness toward minor overnight travel
