This is a Direct Care Manager position whose primary job responsibilities are training direct care staff on ADL (activities of daily living) goals for the developmentallly disabled individuals who reside in our facility and developing/monitoring those goals as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. Duties will also include observations of staff performance, maintaining supplies necessary for department, and substitute supervising.
Relocation costs may be covered.
High school diploma. CNA certificate is desired but not required. Able to pass state required background check. Must have good verbal/written communication skills, basic computer skills, management ability, and a desire to learn & teach.
