Requirements for the Fast-Track General Manager position ??? Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience with at least 2 years as GM in full-service (required) ??? Salary range for this position: $38K - $41K/year ??? Must pass a background check Requirements for the Assistant Manager position: Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of current management experience in retail or in restaurant operations with experience in fast casual, family or casual dining.
