Job Description
Are you ready to work in a fast-paced environment? Do you get along with just about anyone? Do you find yourself the leader of group projects and tasks? When faced with an endless list of tasks, can you pick the most important and move on? If so, Prime Property Management wants you to be our Office Assistant. This position requires screening potential tenants, setting appointments, signing leases, acting as the tenant/company liaison, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and collecting overdue rent.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• General office functions including: fax, email, file, organize, etc.
• Typing speed of 45-50 WPM
• 10-key proficiency
• Data entry
• Excellent grammar and writing skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Degree preferred, experience may be substituted for degree
• Bilingual a plus
• Owns reliable vehicle and willing to travel both short and long distances on a daily basis
• Must pass background check
• May require credit check
