Job Description
Customer service calls/emails
- Replacements (end consumer - customers)
- Sales assistant
- Gather and send all samples/catalogs
- Gather any donation that requested
- Prepare packages to be shipped
- Prepare packages that need to be taken to the post office
- Daily Post office runs
- Enter & Ship out orders
- Prepare the sales team for sales trips
- New customers: setting them up with an account and our website.
- Helping out any department that is in need of extra assistance
- Sales Order Entry
