Job Description
Ingram Medical is a Dynamic Retail pharmacy located in Sandy Utah. We are looking for a motivated Billing Payment Specialist to serve our important customers and growing company.
Hours: 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Wage: $10.00 + incentives
Responsibilities:
Quick accurate data entry
Exceptional customer service communication plan
Organize and exercise sound judgment
Maintain a positive attitude
Analyze and understand customer need and communicate clearly for understanding
Negotiate payment arrangements
Data entry
Memos
Payment Collections
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of collections
Capable of meeting production goals
Demonstrated communication and problem solving skills and the ability to act/decide accordingly Excellent telephone skills
Motivated
Adaptable
Self-starter
