"THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION" 20 - 40 hours per week very flexible on hours. Administrative Assistant will report directly to the President of ABG Consultants an investment advisory firm located in Salt Lake City, UT. Incumbent will be responsible for reports, forms, mailing, marketing and some accounting. Responsibilities will include keeping the office running, scheduling of calendar and appointments, and ad-hoc projects consistent with running an investment advisory firm.
Relocation costs may be covered.
"THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION" The following is at a minimum required, if you do not meet these minimum requirements please do not waste your time or ours!! *Microsoft Office including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook *Clear communicator in-person and on the phone *Demonstrated Organizational skills *Creative ability to produce presentations *Ability to organize multiple tasks and keep all tasks moving *Ability to write professionally and clearly *Ability to work on own without micro-management *Ability to think outside the box to get the job done If you are given an opportunity to interview you will be asked to demonstrate with clear applicable examples from previous work experience. You may also be given a Microsoft office test to include some of the applications in Office.
