Job Description
3 Key Elements is excited to announce a new position with our Company.
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team. This position is a full time opportunities. Requirements: Professional Dress, High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
 answer phones and transfer to the appropriate team member
 take and distribute messages
 greet public and clients and direct them to the correct team member
 coordinate messenger service
 receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
 monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
 prepare outgoing mail for distribution
 scanning and copying of documents
 maintain office filing and storage systems
 update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
 retrieve information when requested
 type documents, reports and correspondence
 co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
 assist with event planning and implementation
 monitor and maintain office supplies
 ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
 perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
 keep office and restrooms clean and tidy
 Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
 plus other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Education
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Business College training an advantage

Experience
 previous office experience requested
 competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
 internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
 numerical and literacy skills
 Infusionsoft experience is a PLUS
 proficient in internet applications such as e-mail and internet search
 demonstrate a professional manner in working with clients and students
 typing 40-50 wpm with high accuracy
