Data input using Excel, needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and have the ability to learn new software. Data input of large quantities of data, verification of accuracy of input data. Be responsible for gathering documentation from clients and ensuring we gather all pertinent required documents. clients and the liaison between our firm and the client. Task oriented and follow through a must.

Perform many functions of support staff and secretary including data input, must be proficient in Excel, Word and have the ability to quickly pick up other software used by the company. Minimum required data input needs to be at least 85 WPM. Requires professional skills including writing letters and communication on the phone and via emails with clients. Needs to be sufficiently flexible to work with different personalities while working efficiently and effectively. Candidate needs to be self motivated and disciplined to take tasks, jobs and responsibilities and successfully work and report on the progress of the projects. This full time position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to accomplish the various responsibilities without being babysat.
