Job Description
Wolf Peak International located in Layton, UT is a growing company that sells designer quality safety rated sunglasses and market specific eyewear. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive Inventory Control Analyst with experience in purchasing.

Responsibilities include:

• Assists in developing inventory projections based on past sales and projected sales.
• Monitors all actual vs projected sales, by Vendor, in order to maintain ideal inventory levels based on trends, seasonal changes and budget expectations.
• Initiates all Purchase Orders including inter-company transfers.
• Creates and maintains all Bills of Material.
• Creates and monitors all Production Orders.
• Tracks and monitors all in transit and WIP inventory.
• Manages all custom orders cradle to grave.
• Allocates all freight, customs and other related shipping costs to inventory items.
• Inventory purchasing liaison with logistics, receiving, warehouse, quality, finance and management
• Creates and distributes accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Develops strategies for meeting customer demands while maximizing inventory turns and minimizing back orders.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
• 2-3 years purchasing and sourcing experience.
• Experience in a wholesale distribution environment
• Accurate data entry capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and specifically Excel.
Ideal Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP B1 accounting software
