Job Description
Clinical Operations Manager needed to lead the daily operations of patient-centered health center clinics in St. George, UT and Cedar City, UT. This position will be responsible for providing supervision, coaching, feedback, and training to staff and will serve as a liaison between medical providers and support staff. Will also be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of an efficient and safe environment as well as coordinating and monitoring compliance and quality control. This position supervises 20 – 25 employees including medical and dental support staff.
Position is full time with competitive wage depending on experience and excellent benefits.

Requirements
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in either business, nursing, health care management, or related field of study. Must have at least two years’ experience in a clinical setting and must have prior supervisory experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
