We are currently hiring an IT department Manager for our Salt Lake City based business. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance and CEO. This person will be assigned an array of duties, including but not limited to the following:

o Hardware Diagnostics/troubleshooting
o Virus/Malware prevention and removal
Phone system support
Printers support
o Interface with Ricoh for support of Office copier/printer/scanner
o Support other misc MFC printing devices throughout office
Infrastructure support
o Switches
o Firewall
o Network wiring
Internet support
3rd party software support
o Quickbooks
o Zoho CRM
o Shipping and inventory computers
o Fedex
o UPS

The ideal applicant should have, at minimum, an undergraduate degree as well as prior experience in IT support and management. The applicant should also have good time management skills and be comfortable with the duties listed in the above job description.
