Job Description
Work independently to assist enterprise sales to close large dollar sales transactions through drafting and negotiating sales contracts. Provide guidance to sales on matters involving software licensing and services agreements as well as general sales issues. Apply Symantec policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements to negotiated sales contracts. Identify and address commercial, financial, legal and operational issues and seek advice from management and subject matter experts as needed. Analyze and understand customer positions and then respond taking into account knowledge of Symantec’s requirements. Identify and communicate legal risks to business management so that informed decisions can be made.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience, Spanish Language Skills
