Job Description
We are a growing railroad industrial contractor seeking a qualified individual to safely manage our FMCSA compliance and all maintenance aspects of our commercial vehicle fleet. This will include but not be limited to: screening and hiring commercial drivers, setting up and maintaining driver qualification files, monitoring driver's hours of service, managing maintenance files and annual inspections for all commercial vehicles, monitoring C.S.A. statistics, preparing and organizing records for FMCSA reviews, troublshooting equipment repairs, analyzing repair costs, commercial vehicle permitting and licensing, etc.
The job will be paid an annual salary based upon qualifications. We offer medical and dental insurance, 401K, bonus potential, and an assigned company furnished vehicle.

Requirements
1. High School graduate.
2. Has current or has had Class A CDL.
3. 5+ years managerial experience in transportation and FMCSA compliance.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient with common computer software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
6. Thrives in a "team" environment.
7. Willing to travel on a limited basis.
8. Excellent driving record.
