Job Description

CAO is looking for a marketing manager to work with a team of product management, design, telesales, technical support, and customer service to create the market for its therapeutic and surgical lasers in Veterinary field in North America market. The job responsibilities, not limited to, are as follows: Setup marketing plan and execute the plan; Coordination with a group of doctors to build clinical procedures and support; Build marketing collaterals; Manage marketing and sales activities for profitable growth year by year; Manage new product development; and more.

Requirements
The candidate needs to have following qualifications: 1). Experiences and track records in creative marketing, sales, and management in products; experience in marketing of therapeutic and surgery lasers is a plus; 2). Experience in execution of the business plan to achieve expected results; 3). Fast learner and self motivated to drive for the results; 4). Ability to coordinate the activities in product management, design, marketing, sales, technical support, and customer service. 5). BS degree, MBA preferred.
