Job Description
Front Desk: providing good customer service and making sure our guests are being handled properly and given anything they need/want.
Housekeeping: Cleaning rooms and making sure they are not only at guests standards but also Extended Stay America's standards.
Night Laundry: Cleaning our linen and also providing guests with customer service after hours.

Requirements
Front Desk: Good customer service skills, computer skills, good phone ettiquette, great time management skills.
Houskeeping: Stocks housekeeping carts, reporting maintence issues, offers guests assistance, cleans assigned rooms in a timely matter, will be cross trained to other positions as well
Night Laundry: offers guest assistance, maintain clean work environment, handle reservations at night, washing and drying linen, setting contenantal breakfast up, counting linen.
