Job Description
Beautiful apartment complex located in Taylorsville is seeking a full time leasing agent to join our team. The leasing agent’s primary responsibilities include touring prospective residents, generate leasing contracts, respectfully handle resident concerns and general office tasks.
The ideal candidate should be able to multi task, be detail oriented and be able to problem solve.
The community participates in the Section 42 Tax Credit program, the ideal candidate would have experience with tax credit but we are willing to train the right person as well.

Requirements
Leasing Agents are required to provide the highest quality of customer service to current residents, prospects and vendors.
Must be able to perform general office tasks/duties, be detail oriented, multitask, and be able to follow instruction.
Tax credit experience is preferred but not required.
*Must be able to pass a background and drug screening test.
