Job Description
1. Man Metal Detector all the time
2. Monitor, search and maintain alarm free exit of human traffic.
3. Keep the Metal Detector functioning all the time and call for help , if equipment is down
4. Instruct people to empty all contents from their pockets and walk sound free through Metal Detector
5. Instruct people to remove jackets and hand search for restricted items.
6. Obtain material pass for moving restricted items from the warehouse through the Metal Detector
7. Keep cool all the time when performing search duty.
8. Refer potential suspects to LPA manager who is on duty.
9. Search using handheld detector for any recurring sounds.
10. Exercise professional ethics, when performing frequent searches.
11. Administer and manage other LPA’s and all security access and surveillance ( Back up Security Manager)
12. Investigate any security incidents and maintain records
13. Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
1. 1 or 2 years experience in security related function - preferable
2. Bilingual ( English and Spanish )
3. Good personality
4. Willing to work odd hours
