Job Description
STEALS.com is looking for a highly skilled PHP developer who lives and breathes web and ecommerce. If you are a smart, forward-thinking and creative problem solver - apply to join our killer team! This PHP Developer will join our team of engineers that support BabySteals.com, KidSteals.com, ScrapbookSteals.com, and SheSteals.com. The ideal candidate is familiar with common web programming languages, tools, and e-commerce solutions. Although you must enjoy challenging situations and have great problem solving skills - we're a fun, growing dot-com with casual dress and a great work environment with plenty of growth in our future!
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test web-based applications for an e-commerce environment.
• Run backups, database manipulation, code changes, and usability/performance enhancements.
• Responsible for providing support to staff members through user requests for system modifications.
• Communicate well with staff members through regular and timely communication of project status.

Requirements
Utah Residency Required
Technical:
• 4 + years experience in software development.
• 4 + years supporting databases and systems.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Knowledge of optimization and reporting through Web Analytics.
• Web and e-commerce experience. (Shopping cart, warehouse locations, etc.)
• Analytical thinking for problem resolution and process development.
General:
• Excellent communication and proactive support skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Sign a Steal Network non-compete/disclosure agreement.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Benefits and Work Hours:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week. Starting salary DOE with full benefits.
• Benefits include: paid PTO and holidays; employer pays 75% for health and dental insurance; iPhone; employee discount; positive and upbeat work environment.
