o Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
o Provide outstanding customer service and a positive sales experience
o Prospect new customers daily
o Maintain: prospect development system and owner follow-up system
o Keep up knowledge of dealership inventory, auto terminology and product features/benefits (for all dealership makes/models)
o Forecast goals and work with management and sales teams to meet or exceed those goals
o Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled
