Job Description
Medical Laser Technician
Sentient Medical Technologies is the world’s leading pre-owned Medical Laser sales and service organization. We are based 15 minutes from the beautiful resort town of Park City, Utah. We are currently looking to add a Senior Level Laser Technician to our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, repair and the calibration of Medical Lasers and other related complex electro-mechanical devices
Troubleshooting and repair of circuits to the component level
Provide technical phone support to customers and sales staff
Detailed record keeping of repairs and test data
Occasional travel to customer sites for repair or installation of equipment required

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum education of Associates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience
5 years minimum experience with a major manufacturer based in esthetic equipment. Specifically Alma, Candela, Cutera, Cynosure, Con Bio, Laserscope, Lumenis Palomar, or Syneron.
Demonstrate strong abilities in electronics theory, reading of schematics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques
Proficiency with standard test equipment such as DVM’s, oscilloscopes, energy meters and software tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Valid US drivers license
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience (there will be an initial 90 day trial period). Annual Salary Opportunity for Full Time Technician $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 dependent on your background and ability. No benefits currently, but paid vacation, sick, float and holidays. Relocation expense reimbursement provided
