Job Description
Blue Harbor Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with substantial assisted living or long term care experience. We are looking for a Health Services Directors for our Salt Lake City area assisted living community.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Overall responsibility for the quality of resident care
•Care plans
•Required assessment
•Med management
•Training of care staff and med aides

Requirements
Current RN license in good standing required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required along with a high level of computer competency. This person must not only be technically proficient, but must be able to effectively and positively train, lead and motivate staff in cooperation with all other departments.
