Responsibilities:
We are searching for dynamic, highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives. As an Inside Sales Rep you work face to face with customers who have expressed interest in one or more of our brands. No cold calling!!!!
This is a FANTASTIC opportunity, NOT a typical call center environment.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
•Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
•OUTSTANDING presentation and communication skills are a must
•Experience in identifying the needs of the prospective customer
•Strong understanding of the Sales Culture
•Solid work ethic with the ability to multitask
•A driven desire to work well with others as well as a desire to learn and work in a consistently evolving environment
•Currently hiring for shifts (Must be able to work Saturday’s from (10am-7pm) 1 hour lunch (1pm-2pm)
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:
•Hourly base wage $10.00 per hour
•NO CAP COMMISSIONS!!
