Job Description
Immediate opening available for part-time legal secretary, with potential for future full-time employment. Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. This position will include support for two attorneys with family law, criminal defense, and general litigation practices. Strong typing and computer skills a must, prior legal office experience preferred.
Requirements
Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge of Corel WordPerfect, MS Word, Excel, and billing software. He/she must have excellent writing, typing, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. He/she must also have the ability to review and edit documents, paying strict attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Finaly, he/she must be able to transcribe dictation.
