Job Description
Insurance Software Company located in Midvale, UT, is hiring part-time/full-time (approx. 30-40 hrs/week) Account Managers.
MUST be available to work at least a 6-hour shift between 8AM and 6PM, M-F

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Phone Skills - Ability to Handle 50+ outgoing calls per day
- Processing customer's payments
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Handling in-house accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Data entry
- Filing
- Assisting staff with various projects
- Misc. administrative tasks
- Basic computer troubleshooting
Skills:
- Intuitive and analytical thinker
- Self-motivated, hard worker
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks (or other accounting software)
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Experience with collections responsibilities is a plus
