Job Description
Utah Community Reinvestment Corporation (UCRC) is seeking two (2) experienced Commercial Loan Processors to join our loan production team.
Role:
This position will support commercial loan underwriting, processing and closing multi-family loans. The position will be instrumental in communicating and compiling information between staff, borrowers, investors and legal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing of the loan file. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, internet savvy, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, have the ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
UCRC is a non-profit commercial lender with over 20 Utah “member banks”. UCRC originates, closes and services commercial multi-family real estate loans in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona. UCRC provides a very competitive compensation and benefit package.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain Submittal/Closing Binders and electronic files through the loan process
• Order required third party reports as directed by the Lending Officers
• Analyze and verify the Credit Request and applicable submitted due diligence
• Obtain certificate of good standings, credit reports, flood certifications, or any other necessary items for each loan
• Analyze and review Title Commitments and Surveys
• Coordinate the preparation of the loan document package to legal
• Prepare and provide closing costs to Title Company
• Review Settlement Statements
• Coordinate loan closing with all parties involved (including title, attorneys and other 3rd party sources)

Requirements
• Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 yrs experience in one of more of the following categories: commercial lending, paralegal/legal secretary, escrow officer, escrow assistant, or title officer or satisfactory equivalent. Multifamily, LIHTC, NMTC and SBA lending experience a plus.
• Candidate must have excellent writing skills
• Candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel programs
• Candidate must have excellent mathematical/analytical skills
