    Job Description

The employer is a fund that operates as a Reg D Rule 506 offering. The fund emphasizes principal protection and income without sacrificing the potential for substantial investment return. Between the fund and its supplemental companies, there is a slew of accounting and reconciliations that need done each month. Each entity has vendors.
