Job Description
Business Development Internet Sales Manager
Seeking an experienced automotive sales manager to be directly responsible and accountable for maximizing sales and profitability of business development performance of phone and internet sales. Person must have previous track record in auto sales and be driven to produce in a fast paced environment.
Able to manage and lead a team of sales staff to attain a minimum ratio of sales calls outbound internet follow up. Lead a team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and take appropriate action.
Lead the team to contact every delivered customer for CSI and service retention.
Train sales staff on automotive sales concepts, proactive business concepts, using the phone and internet to generate appointments, meet and greet, road to the sale and delivery processes. Help identify department training needs and coach and retrain.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly performance appointments on incoming and outbound appointments. Handle customer concerns and ensure corrective actions in liaison with appropriate management. Conduct daily morning meeting. Plan in advance each days work considering the most important task to do that day. Drive productivity in the department.
Offer paid training and full support from management. Established dealership run by processes looking to add strong member to team to lead by example and support a culture of business of development in BDC envirnoment.
