Customer service in a retail/warehouse environment. Most of customer service is on phone and by email. Some will be face to face with walk in customers. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, general office duties, cleaning, and making adjustments to products. Hours of operation are M-F from 8 to 5. Work hours vary within that timeframe.
Relocation costs may be covered.
No experience necessary but must be very good working with people. High level English skills a must. Good phone skills and listening skills a must. Computer experience a plus. Good writing skills needed. Upbeat and positive attitude. Good skills working with small parts a definite plus.
