Job Description
Maggie Sottero Designs is one of the most recognized and sought after bridal gown designers and manufacturers in the world. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Relations team!

Responsibilities:
•Manage high volumes of telephone calls with a friendly and professional tone.
•Assist Customers with order placing, order tracking, product inquiries, etc.
•Act as a liaison between Sales dept., Returns, Accounting, and our Customer.
•Effectively handle emotional customer situations.
•Adherence to a high standard of work ethic.
•Able to adapt to a changing environment.
•Reliable and consistent in timeliness, attendance, and quality of work.
•Demonstrate sound and accurate judgment.
•Willing to cross train on other duties in the department.

Hours: M-F, 8-5
Benefits after 90 days.
TRAX station across the street.
Requirements
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•2 years customer service experience/preferably in an office environment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Familiarity with inventory systems helpful.
•Type 35 WPM.
•Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
•Pass basic office skills test.
•Able to pass drug test. We are a drug-free workplace.
